03.1972 - 10.2007 - engineer, senior engineer, senior research scientist, laboratory chief, associate director in scientific work of government-owned enterprise GSPE "ASKORT" GSPE "Rius", SPE "Kyiv Institute of Automation" on the base of Scientific and Production Corporation "Kyiv Institute of Automation" ;
10.2007 - 06.2011 - senior research scientist of the Institute of Mathematical Machines and Systems Problem of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (IMMSP NASU);
07.2011 - present - academic secretary of the Institute of Mathematical Machines and Systems Problem of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (IMMSP NASU).
Research interests:
Automation of technological processes and productions.
Energy-efficient LED lighting systems.

Experience in research and production work:
Ievlev M.G. has made a significant contribution to the development of automated control systems of technological process (ACS TP) in metallurgy.
ACS TP rolling processes at many domestic and foreign steel mills (SM "AZOVSTAL", Alchevsk steel mill, metallurgical plant "Serp and Molot" (Moscow), Bhilayskyy steel mills (India) and others) were developed and implemented by under his supervision.
Over the past years Ievlev M.G. took part in the creation and implementation of energy efficiency of LED light systems that were used in IMMSP NASU in accordance with the State Scientific and Technical Program "Development and implementation of energy efficiency of LED light sources and lighting systems based on them".
In 2005 Ievlev M.G. received the gratitude from Kyiv Mayor for significant personal contribution to the national science, strengthening of scientific and technical potential of the capital and on occasion of the Day of Science.

Publications:
Ievlev M.G. is an author of more than 191 scientific publications, including 2 monographs, 20 author's certificates and patents for inventions.
