A new computational and control model of parallel and distributed nature has been developed. It comprises self-evolving, space-conquering automaton, high-level system navigation and coordination language, describing system problems in a spatial pattern-matching mode, and related distributed control mechanisms for management of physical, virtual, and combined worlds. The model allows us to obtain complex spatial solutions in a compact, integral, and seamless way. It can be effectively used for the creation, integration, simulation, processing, management and control of a variety of dynamic and open systems – from physical to biological, and from artificial to natural. The article is devoted to describe method and algorithms of coding the contours represented with Bezier curves for neural network pattern recognition. Because a contour description can consist arbitrary number and sequence of the curves, neural networks utilization requires extra coding. For the coding there are used histograms based on parametric notion of curves in the contour. There are proposed limitations on Bezier curves that allow significantly reduce the length of obtained codes. Efficiency of developed method is shown with example of classification of plane figures. In the article therehase been proposed the algorithms for effective calculating probabilities integral function and the reverse bit founded on decomposing these functions in row of closure errors on polynomials Erpith. On the basis of a method of singular decomposition of the matrices and the propeties of corresponding projection matrices, there are obtained the new error estimates of the normal pseudosolution in the general case of the non-consistent systems of linear algebraic equations with perturbed coefficients. The approach to analysis and synthesis of the optimal multil-level schemes of decision making with reference to systems is considered, the frame of which (or algorithm of operation) is representable by the way of sink tree. The offered approach allows evaluating quality of operation of a system of recognition at all stages of constructing - from starting algorithms to instrument realisation on personal digital computers or specialized automatic devices. It is exhibited, that non-optimum (from the point of view of power losses of a system on decision making) the schemes of reception of the unique solution have other useful property – insensibility to distribution signal/noise, that does convenient their microprocessor realization. One of methods "of small intellectualization" of the user interface – identification of a complete word on its part and anticipatory help to the user (or automatic restoration) is considered. It is constructed and investigated the model of the anticipatory help. The estimations of economy of the user’s labour expeditures are received using this method during data input. The influence of truncation of the entered word on resulting reliability of the data is investigated, the appropriate quantitative estimations are resulted. It is marked, that the received estimations may be useful and in other supplements, for example, for automatic definition of language of the text under the analysis of initial symbols of the entered word. Estimations of an average operating time to refusal (MTTF) of electronic techniques products are submitted on the basе of using of two-parametrical distributions. It is marked, that prognostic estimations MTTF on a basе exponential distributions are overestimated in 50–1500 times in comparison with similar estimations on the base of two-parametrical distributions.
