In the paper the essence and meanings of balance approximation in the theory of approximation of functions and their role in modern information technologies are stated these approximations include theory of minimax approximations, spline approximation and so on. The distinction of the discussed approach is balancing the numbers of the links, approached accuracy of approximation, setting of the knots, type of the approximated expression, type of the kernels of error and also the coefficient of balancing. Balance approaching allows to decrease the complexity of computing, to increase their stability and effective using computers algebra as the base of the information technology. Refs.: 31 titles

Neural stereopair calibration / Kireev O.S. // Mathematical Machines and Systems. – 2005. – N. 1. – P.13 – 25.
The task of stereopair calibration using neural networks is considered. Different methods of neurocalibration are investigated which differ in number of hidden layers, number of neural modules, input data preprocessing, activation function and learning algorithm. Unified procedure for finding optimal number of hidden neurons is developed. Optimal number of neurons in hidden layers is determined for each of the neurocalibration methods according to this procedure. Neurocalibraion methods are compared with analytical ones on synthetic and real data. Practical recommendations for neurocalibration of stereopairs with low distorsion are formulated. Tabl.: 5. The article is devoted to theoretical problems of modular neural networks representation with directed graphs. There are given definitions of cycles and the classification of cycles by proposed graph representation. Characteristics of most practically interesting types of cycles are considered. Informational analysis of financial forecasting data provided by Random Subspace Classifier / Zhora D.V., Reznik О.M., Doroshenko A.Ju. // Mathematical Machines and Systems. – 2005. – N 1. – P.39 – 59.
This article describes the technical forecasting procedure, which was conducted using the feedforward neural network classifier. In order to predict the price move for the next day two experiments were considered: the set of price increment values was divided on two and five categories correspondingly. The error rate and training speed dependencies on the number of input paramemers were investigated. The results, obtained in these experiments, were structured according to the actual price change. The probabilistic analysis allows to estimate the quantity of useful information provided by the classifier. Some joint distributions for input parameters and required class numbers were investigated. The small values of the obtained correlation coefficients show the complexity of the forecasting problem. In the article it is considered the problem of building the decision support systems that are planned to use for enterprise management. The decision task particulars are analyzed, and requirements to DSS are formulated. Stratified schema of DSS model building is suggested that allows to simplify decision process. The «process approach» to creation in organizations of modern quality management systems, necessity of following to which is declared by the International standards ISO series 9000, is identified as the approach to modeling of activity of organization. The analysis of the reasons of its unsufficient efficiency, observable in practice, is carried out on the basis of consideration of ontology and information aspects of activity. As the result there is conclusion that the increase of the process approach efficiency can be reached by means of 1) distinguishing of knowledge about a simulated kind of activity and information about the processes of its realization and 2) 2) use of perspective modeling technology based on application of metamodels for representation of knowledge oriented toward individual kinds of activity. The imitation model (IM) of the process to automatic identification and correction (AIC) of standard error of user on dictionary are built. The analysis factor, influencing upon efficiency of the software implementation of the methods AIC are organized. Two schemes IM: with shaping the dictionary in ambience AIC and DBMS ORACLE are investigated.  Quantitative estimations to efficiency algorithm are received. Model of evolution is proposed that considers the existence of a deterministic system in environment as relaxation process, which corresponds to the markov model of stochastically dynamic system. Accumulation of the infinitesimal operator values is realized as encapsulation and replication of genotype, formation of macrosystem and inner informational system. The method for the numerical solving of the own problems for Laplace operator in two dimensional domains with singularity on the boundary is considered. The difference with the singularity of the analytical kind is obtained and the numerical-analytical method of sewing discrete problem with using summarized considerations is proposed. Figs.:4. The offered method of dynamic distribution of flows between ports of the device of batch switching, which allows to increase a safe load of the network equipment / Konachovich G.F., Verbitskiy I.V. // Mathematical Machines and Systems. – 2005. – N 1. – P.148 – 160.
The offered method of dynamic redistribution of flows between ports of the device of batch switching, which allows to increase a safe load of the network equipment without essential deterioration of quality of the given network services. The method is based on current spline-interpolation in real time of dynamic characteristics of a pulsation of traffic on ports of the batch switchboard and on adaptive auto regulation of passbands of ports of the switchboard depending on the characteristics of a pulsation of traffic. The chosen way polynominal spline - interpolation allows to receive necessary accuracy of approximation of real pulsations of traffic. For reduction of volume processable given during interpolation it is offered to use known methods of underpressure of experimental data. The given examples of rules of auto regulation by passbands of ports of the switchboard, which realize the considered method. Fig.: 1. Refs.: 11 titles.

An approach of optimization of construction of crosspoint  switch, in which their  decrease of quantity of switching element, placing on its surface  made up at the expense of  multilayer  its realization, is proposed. A coefficients of reduction of crosspoint  switch, with  taking into account theirs an optimal variant of its construction  is nonblocking, are defined. In the paper the modern state of manufacture and quality of examining sausage production is submitted. Some methods and ways of infringement of process of manufacture of sausage production are considered. The reasons of significant decrease of quality of meat and milk of production are analyzed in comparison with the previous decade.
